The model-number trap that stops most people
Whirlpool never published a verifiable variant list for the WFW4090N. We tried the usual suffixes on Whirlpool's own lookup and got “model number not found” for each. That does not mean the manual is missing — it means the exact string is printed only on your machine. Read it off the plate and type all of it.
Where to find your model plate
- Inside the door: open it and look at the frame behind the rubber boot, plus the lower right corner of the front panel.
